Get weekly screening schedules, film details, premiere listings, and venue data for Budapest's ARTMozi art-cinema network via a structured JSON API.
What is the ARTMozi API?
The ARTMozi API exposes 4 endpoints covering the weekly film programme of Budapest's ARTMozi art-cinema network — Művész, Puskin, Toldi, Tabán, Kino Cafe, and Távmozi. get_programme returns every screening across all venues for a given ISO year-week, including date, time, room, language version, format, accessibility flags, and ticket links. get_film provides per-film metadata including synopsis, cast, directors, genres, and IMDb URL.
No input parameters required.
curl -X GET 'https://api.parse.bot/scraper/6ea0798e-e046-4a78-8fba-79804e8c615c/list_cinemas' \ -H 'X-API-Key: $PARSE_API_KEY'
Returns the venues (cinemas) of the ARTMozi network that appear in the published programme, with their public website, plus the list of ISO year-week codes (e.g. 202641 = 2026 week 41) for which a programme is currently published. One round trip. cinema_id is the identifier accepted by get_programme.
No input parameters required.

Venues and Schedule Coverage
list_cinemas returns the six ARTMozi venues with their cinema_id, display name, public website, and sort order. It also returns available_weeks — an ascending array of ISO year-week integers (e.g. 202641) indicating which weeks have a published programme. The current week is always first. These week codes are the valid inputs for all other endpoints.
Weekly Programme
get_programme is the core endpoint. Pass a week parameter (from available_weeks) and an optional cinema_id to filter by venue. The response includes a films array where each record carries film_id, film_slug, title, age_limit, poster_url, is_premiere flag, and a nested screenings array. Each screening record includes screening_id, date (YYYY-MM-DD), time (HH:MM), cinema_id, cinema_name, room, language_version, and a ticket_url. The response also includes a generated_at timestamp in Europe/Budapest local time and the full cinemas array for cross-referencing.
Premieres and Film Detail
list_premieres filters the programme to only films with screenings flagged as 'Premier', returning the same film and screening structure as get_programme but scoped to premiere events. For deeper film metadata, get_film accepts a film_slug from either get_programme or list_premieres and returns production year, genres (Hungarian labels), directors, actors, screenplay credit, synopsis (Hungarian plain text), countries, subtitle and dub languages, projection formats, distributor, and imdb_url when the site publishes one.
The ARTMozi API is a managed, monitored endpoint for artmozi.hu — not a raw scraper you maintain. Every endpoint is automatically health-checked on a schedule, and when artmozi.hu changes and a check fails, the API is automatically queued for repair and re-verified. It is built to keep working as the site underneath it changes.
This isn't an official artmozi.hu API — it's an independent, maintained REST wrapper over public data. Where the source has no official API (or only a limited one), Parse gives you a stable contract over a source that never promised one, and keeps it current. Need a new endpoint or field? You can revise it yourself in plain English and the agent rebuilds it against the live site in minutes — contributing the change back to the shared API is free.

- Display the full week's art-cinema schedule in a Budapest events app, grouped by venue using
cinema_idandcinema_name. - Send a weekly digest of premiere screenings to subscribers by polling
list_premiereseach Thursday. - Build a film discovery tool that surfaces cast, directors, genres, and synopses from
get_filmfor films currently showing. - Filter screenings by language version to help non-Hungarian speakers find original-language or subtitled showings.
- Track which ARTMozi venues are showing a specific film by cross-referencing
screenings[*].cinema_idagainstlist_cinemas. - Generate a calendar feed of accessible screenings using the accessibility flags in
get_programmescreening records. - Link directly to ticket purchase pages using

| Tier | Price | Credits/month | Rate limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0/mo | 200 | 5 req/min |
| Hobby | $30/mo | 1,000 | 20 req/min |
| Developer | $100/mo | 5,000 | 100 req/min |

Each endpoint has a fixed posted price per successful call — most fall between 1 and 10 credits — shown on this API's page before you run it. Exceeding the rate limit returns a 429 response. Authenticate with the X-API-Key header.
Does artmozi.hu have an official developer API?+
What does `get_programme` return and how can I narrow it to a single cinema?+
cinema_id (from list_cinemas) to restrict results to one venue, and pass week (a 6-digit ISO year-week integer from available_weeks) to retrieve a different week. If the requested week has no published programme, the response includes a note field and an empty films array. How far ahead does the schedule data reach?+
available_weeks field in both list_cinemas and get_programme reflects exactly what ARTMozi has published at query time. The network typically publishes one to two weeks ahead; the API exposes only what is currently live on the site, so future weeks appear only once ARTMozi releases them. Are ticket prices or seat availability included in the screening data?+
ticket_url linking to the external booking page, but price and availability data are not returned. The API covers scheduling fields: date, time, room, language version, format, premiere flag, and accessibility. You can fork this API on Parse and revise it to add an endpoint that retrieves pricing data from the linked ticket pages. Is historical programme data available, or only current and upcoming weeks?+
available_weeks, which reflects the currently published programme. Past weeks that are no longer published by ARTMozi are not accessible. You can fork this API on Parse and revise it to store and serve historical schedule data if your use case requires an archive.
