What is the Tracker API?

The Rocket League Tracker API exposes a single endpoint, get_player_stats, that returns over 15 structured fields covering a player's lifetime stats and current-season competitive ranks across all major playlists. One call resolves an Epic, Steam, Xbox, or PSN account and returns MMR, tier, division, rank percentile, lifetime goals, saves, assists, MVPs, and all-time peak ratings per playlist.

All endpoints · 1 totalmissing one? ·

Returns one player's full Rocket League profile in a single call: lifetime totals (wins, goals, saves, assists, shots, MVPs, TRN score, season reward level), the current-season competitive rank and MMR (rating) for Ranked Duel 1v1, Ranked Doubles 2v2 and Ranked Standard 3v3 surfaced as ranked_1v1 / ranked_2v2 / ranked_3v3, the same record for every playlist the site reports (extra modes, tournaments, casual) in playlists, all-time peak ratings per playlist in peak_ratings, and per-game averages for playlists the site has match data for in playlist_averages. The player is identified by the platform account identifier the site itself uses (Epic display name, Steam64 ID, Xbox gamertag, PSN ID, or Switch name). A nullable field means the site did not report that value for the player; ranked_1v1/2v2/3v3 are null when the player has no record for that playlist. An identifier the site cannot find yields a not-found input error. The call costs two upstream requests and is not paginated.

About the Tracker API

What the API Returns

The get_player_stats endpoint accepts a player_id (Epic display name, Steam64 ID, Xbox gamertag, or PSN online ID) and an optional platform slug. The response combines two main sections: a lifetime object and a playlists array. The lifetime object includes cumulative totals — wins, goals, saves, assists, shots, mvps, goal_shot_ratio (as a percentage), season_reward_level, and the Tracker Network Score. These are cross-season aggregates, not per-season breakdowns.

Competitive Rank and MMR

The playlists array contains one record per tracked playlist for the current season. Each record carries playlist_id, playlist_name, season, rating (the raw MMR value), rating_percentile (nullable), tier (integer), tier_name (e.g. "Diamond III"), and division_name. Three convenience top-level fields — ranked_1v1, ranked_2v2, and ranked_3v3 — surface the Ranked Duel 1v1, Ranked Doubles 2v2, and Ranked Standard 3v3 records directly without needing to iterate the array. All three are null when the player has no current-season placement in that playlist.

Peak Ratings and Profile Metadata

The peak_ratings array lists all-time peak MMR per playlist, each entry including playlist_id, playlist_name, season, season_label, peak_rating, tier_name, and division_name. Additional top-level fields include country_code (ISO, nullable), last_updated (ISO timestamp indicating when the profile data was last refreshed), and platform confirming the resolved platform slug.

Reliability & maintenanceVerified

The Tracker API is a managed, monitored endpoint for rocketleague.tracker.gg — not a raw scraper you maintain. Every endpoint is automatically health-checked on a schedule, and when rocketleague.tracker.gg changes and a check fails, the API is automatically queued for repair and re-verified. It is built to keep working as the site underneath it changes.

This isn't an official rocketleague.tracker.gg API — it's an independent, maintained REST wrapper over public data. Where the source has no official API (or only a limited one), Parse gives you a stable contract over a source that never promised one, and keeps it current. Need a new endpoint or field? You can revise it yourself in plain English and the agent rebuilds it against the live site in minutes — contributing the change back to the shared API is free.

Will this API break when the source site changes?+
It's built not to. Every endpoint is health-checked on a schedule with automated test probes. When the source site changes and a check fails, the API is automatically queued for repair and re-verified — that's the self-healing layer. Each API page shows when its endpoints were last verified. And because marketplace APIs are shared, any fix reaches everyone using it.
Is this an official API from the source site?+
No — Parse APIs are independent, managed REST wrappers over publicly available data. That is the point: where a site has no official API (or only a limited one), Parse gives you a maintained, monitored endpoint for that data and keeps it working as the site changes — so you get a stable contract over a source that never promised one.
Can I fix or extend this API myself if I need a new endpoint or field?+
Yes — and you don't have to wait on us. This API was generated by the Parse agent, which stays attached. Describe the change in plain English ("add an endpoint that returns reviews", "fix the price field") in the revise box on the API page or via the revise_api MCP tool, and the agent rebuilds it against the live site in minutes. Contributing the change back to the public API is free.
What happens if I call an endpoint that has an issue?+
Errors are machine-readable: a bad call returns a clean status with the list of available endpoints and a repair hint, so an agent (or you) can recover or trigger a fix instead of failing silently. Confirmed failures feed the automatic repair queue.
Common use cases
  • Display a player's current Ranked 3v3 MMR and tier on a team dashboard using ranked_3v3.rating and ranked_3v3.tier_name.
  • Build a rank eligibility checker that gates tournament sign-ups based on ranked_2v2.tier thresholds.
  • Track a player's all-time peak MMR progression using the peak_ratings array across seasons.
  • Populate leaderboards with lifetime goals, saves, assists, and mvps from the lifetime object.
  • Show a player's rank percentile within their playlist using rating_percentile from the playlists array.
  • Verify platform identity (Epic, Steam, Xbox, PSN) by inspecting the resolved platform field before processing stats.
  • Alert systems that monitor last_updated to determine whether a profile needs a manual refresh before surfacing data.

Frequently asked questions
Does Tracker Network have an official developer API?+
Tracker Network does not publish a public developer API for Rocket League profile data. The data is available through their web platform at rocketleague.tracker.gg.
What does `ranked_1v1` return versus the `playlists` array?+
ranked_1v1 is a convenience shortcut that directly surfaces the current-season Ranked Duel 1v1 record — including rating, tier_name, division_name, and rating_percentile — without iterating the full playlists array. The playlists array contains the same data for all tracked playlists in a single list, which is more convenient when you need to process all modes in a loop.
How current is the data returned by `get_player_stats`?+
The last_updated field in the response indicates when the profile was last refreshed on Tracker Network. Tracker Network updates profiles when they are visited or triggered; there is no guaranteed real-time cadence. For very recently played matches, there may be a lag between in-game results and what the endpoint returns.
Does the API return per-season historical stats beyond peak ratings?+
Not currently. The API returns current-season competitive records via playlists and all-time peak MMR per playlist via peak_ratings, but does not expose per-season stat breakdowns (e.g. goals or wins segmented by season). You can fork this API on Parse and revise it to add an endpoint targeting historical season data.
Can I look up a player's match history or recent games?+
Not currently. The endpoint covers lifetime aggregate stats and current-season ranks, not individual match records or session history. You can fork this API on Parse and revise it to add a match history endpoint targeting that part of the player profile.
