Endpoints and Data Coverage
The API is built around three endpoints. list_countries returns every country of education system currently selectable in the CIMEA service finder, each with a numeric country_id and display name, plus the full list of education_levels (code and name). No inputs are required; the full dataset comes back in a single response with a total count.
Service Availability Lookup
get_service_availability is the core lookup. Pass a country_id (from list_countries) and an education_level code to receive the services array for that combination. Each service object includes service_id, service_code, service_name, a details string with timelines and fees, and price_eur. The service_available boolean tells you at a glance whether any service is open for that pairing. The response also echoes back country_id, education_level, and education_level_name for easy correlation when batching requests.
Homepage Status Notices
list_service_notices fetches the announcement slides shown on the DiploMe homepage. Each item in the notices array carries a title, full plain text, and a links array of outbound URLs. These notices include service reopenings for specific countries, security warnings, and platform news — useful for detecting when a previously unavailable service becomes open without having to poll get_service_availability for every country.
The CIMEA DiploMe API is a managed, monitored endpoint for cimea-diplome.it — not a raw scraper you maintain.
